Fiery Vehicle Crash on Normandie Avenue Left Several Injured

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 11, 2022) – A bus crash on Manchester Square left five people injured Friday evening.

The crash took place in the 8200 block of South Normandie Avenue just after 8:00 p.m.

Furthermore, authorities said that the vehicle collided with a Metro bus in the Manchester Square area, causing the vehicle to burst into flames and injuring at least five people.

Moreover, the five injured people include the bus driver and four occupants of the vehicle.

Two of the occupants are in critical condition, while the bus driver and two children from the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

LAFD transported all patients to the hospital.

Meanwhile, six passengers on the bus were left uninjured.

Circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated.
