Two Women and Two Boys Fatally Struck in Fatal Big-Rig Accident near 30th Street

LANCASTER, CA (June 4, 2021) – Friday morning, two women and two boys were killed in a deadly car crash involving a big-rig on Avenue G.

The incident was reported in the area of Avenue G between 30th Street and 20th Street. Officers first arrived to the scene just after 9:00 a.m.

Investigators say a large semi-truck and a black sports car were involved. The sports car held five occupants, two woman and three boys ranging in age from 5-years-old to 11-years-old.

Authorities also say one woman, the driver, was pronounced dead on scene. In addition, the other three occupants, were pronounced dead at the hospital.

In addition, the male driver of the big-rig suffered minor injuries.

At this time, authorities are uncertain as to what caused the big-rig crash on Avenue G. However, an active investigation to determine further details remains ongoing.
