3 Children, 1 Adult Hurt in Auto Accident near South Woodman Street

SAN DIEGO, CA (August 1, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, four victims sustained injuries in a rear-end collision on Skyline Drive.

The crash happened around 6:49 a.m., in the 6600 block of Skyline Drive, near South Woodman Street. Investigators say the collision involved a 2019 Ford F250 and a 2001 Honda Accord.

Per reports, the 70-year-old male driver of the Ford was stopped at a red light when he was rear-ended by an eastbound Honda.

The Honda was driven by a 25-year-old man with three children inside. Medics transported two 3-year-olds and one 4-year-old to a local hospital for further treatment. The Honda driver also complained of neck pain.

At this time, no further details have been provided.
