Several Injured in Subway Store Accident on Palm Drive

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (July 18, 2022) – On Thursday, at least 4 people sustained injuries after a car crash on Palm Drive.

The incident happened at 8:00 a.m. at the Subway Store on 14212 Palm Drive.

Furthermore, according to reports, an unidentified vehicle crashed into the store for reasons not known. As a result, three people inside the store were injured.

Responding paramedics rushed the three from inside the store and the driver to nearby hospitals for further treatment.

In addition, police said one of them sustained serious injuries while the rest only suffered minor injuries.

Officers currently withheld their identities, pending notification of their families.

Moreover, the affected area was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

At this time, the police are investigating the cause of the accident and will release further updates once available.
