Traffic Accident near Restaurant Left Several Hurt

CHICO, CA (July 19, 2023) – On Thursday evening, a car crash occurred on Main Street, sending four people, including three children, to the hospital. The accident happened around 9:00 p.m. near the 14 Freeway. According to reporters, the collision involved an Acura sedan traveling westbound on West 6th Street and a Toyota minivan traveling northbound on Main Street. The minivan had the right of way when it collided with the Acura, causing it to crash into the restaurant. Two children from the minivan, one child from the Acura, and one adult from the Acura were transported to the hospital by ambulance.
