Found Oyster joins forces with chef Mailea Weger of Lou, Nashville!, the restaurant and natural wine bar out of East Nashville. The one-day experience brings L.A . diners a chance to taste Weger’s food for the first time since she left California. The daughter of a bohemian mother from Venice Beach and a Frenchman father, Lou is Weger’s brunch locale and dinner destination. Lou merges California fare with old-world European style. The Found Oyster menu will be offered with Weger’s additions, including albacore crudo, fermented chili water, mezcal, finger limes, olive oil, and fleur de sel.
