DineLBC is hosting a special one-day only screening of Wasted!: The Story of Food Waste at the Art Theatre at 11 a.m. The documentary was produced by Anthony Bourdain and takes a deeper dive into the way we buy, cook, recycle and eat food, and how we can change our wastefulness as a society. With nearly 40 percent of fresh food going to landfills, it’s shocking to know that in the city of  Long Beach, nearly one in eight families are food insecure. Australia is experiencing their worst fire season on record, with at least 30 people killed, and an estimated 1 billion animals lost to the bushfires. To support help those affected by the brush fires, E.P. & L.P., founded and led by Australian principals Grant Smilie and David Combes, are hosting a special Australian Bushfire Relief BBQ Fundraiser where 100 percent of the lunch proceeds go toward the Australian Relief Bushfire Fund. “Like all Australians, we’ve watched with heavy hearts — all the people, wildlife and bushland affected by the fires raging across our homeland.” For more information, go to americanaustralian.org/australian-bushfire-relief-fund/.

Don’t know where to watch the Grammy’s this year? Station Hollywood located inside the W Hollywood has you covered and will be broadcasting the star-studded evening and celebrating with themed cocktails. Continuing their “Scene at Station” series, Station Hollywood is whipping up some  themed libations including the Lillet Nas X ( Tanqueray Gin, Lillet Blanc, strawberry, lemon and soda water) and the Lizz-Old Fashioned (Bulleit Bourbon, maple and bitters ), inspired of course by Nas and Lizzo.
