Two-Car Crash at Mission Gorge Road Left 34-Year-Old Driver with Serious Injuries

SAN DIEGO, CA (December 1, 2021) – A 34-year-old man sustained injuries Tuesday following a two-car crash at Mission Gorge Road.

The crash took place around 5 a.m. at 7300 Mission Gorge Road in the Allied Gardens neighborhood.

Per reports, a 34-year-old driver in an Acura, crashed into the back of a street sweeper.

As a result of the crash, the Acura driver sustained a broken sternum, fractured ribs and internal injuries, while there is no information about the street sweeper driver.

Paramedics then rushed the driver to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities currently withheld his identity.

At this time, an active investigation remains ongoing. Once available, more information will be released.
