Solo-Car Collision on La Jolla Shores Scripps Pier Sent Police Officers to Hospital

LA JOLLA, CA (July 26, 2023) – On Sunday, three officers were hospitalized following a rollover crash at La Jolla Shores Scripps Pier. The accident happened on July 23rd along the beach half a mile north of the La Jolla Shores Scripps Pier. According to the CHP, the patrol vehicle of the involved officers rolled over for still unknown reasons. Responding medics then took the three officers to a nearby hospital for treatment.
