Two-Vehicle Crash on Goleta Highway 101 Leaves 3 Dead

GOLETA, CA (August 27, 2021) Goleta Officials are working to identify the three deceased victims in Highway 101 two-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

The fatal accident happened around 2:30 A.M. at the southbound lanes near El Capitan Ranch Road.

In addition, the Santa Barbara County Fire Department stated that they extinguished three engines on site to avoid further damage.

Unfortunately, the Sheriff’s Office confirmed the three deaths from the incident.

However, the identities of the victims and the circumstances surrounding the two-vehicle crash remains unclear.

The Santa Barbara County authorities are currently investigating the wreckage on Highway 101 in Goleta.
