Three Victims Injured in Three-Car Accident near Foussat Road

OCEANSIDE, CA (May 9, 2022)  Saturday night, at least three people sustained injuries following a car collision on State Route 76.

The accident happened around 9:20 p.m., along the State Route 76 near Foussat Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, the crash involved three vehicles. Although, the events leading up to the accident still currently remain unclear.

Police arrived to the scene and discovered one of the involved cars down in a ditch. As a result, responders rescued the two people inside.

Responding paramedics eventually took three people to a nearby hospital for further treatment of unspecified injuries. At this time, officials also withheld the identities all parties involved.

Authorities have not released any additional information at this time. However, the cause of the accident and the factors involved remain under active investigation.
