Traffic Accident on Gerald Ford Drive Left Several Injured

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA (March 28, 2022) – Saturday evening, a two-vehicle crash on Monterey Avenue left three people hospitalized, police said.

The collision took place on Monterey Avenue and Gerald Ford Drive at 7:16 p.m.

Furthermore, authorities immediately responded to the scene upon receiving reports about a two-vehicle collision.

Consequently, the three victims including one whom firefighters extricated from the wreckage, were taken to a local hospital.

Meanwhile, the extent of victims’ injuries and their current condition are unavailable at this time.

Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

The police will release additional information once it becomes available to the public.
