Some big changes are afoot (ha!) for the 25th L.A. Marathon . The big news is that the route has been drastically changed. Instead of a big loop beginning and ending downtown, the new “Stadium to the Sea” race starts at Dodger Stadium and ends at Santa Monica Pier. Exactly how you're supposed to get back to your car is, apparently, not something that new marathon owner, Frank McCourt, thought of. Another change is the elimination of the bicycle ride that precedes the footrace. (That won't stop many of you bikers — hint, hint.) But the big questions many of us have: Which route will fuck up traffic more?
