Hit-and-Run on Rosecrans Street Left Two Teenagers Injured

SAN DIEGO, CA (November 17, 2021) A hit-and-run on Rosecrans Street left two teenagers injured early Thursday.

The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. when a northbound Kia Forte struck the two 18-year-olds walking in the 2900 of Rosecrans Street.

Afterwards, the involved female driver exited her vehicle and fled the scene on foot.

Eventually, patrol personnel located her few blocks from Rosecrans Street and arrested her for suspected DUI and hit-and-run.

Meanwhile, the paramedics admitted the two victims two a hospital for life-threatening trauma and another with minor injuries.

San Diego Officials continue to investigate the hit-and-run crash on Rosecrans Street .
