San Marcos Hit-And-Run Driver Sends 2 People to Hospital

SAN MARCOS, CA (September 7, 2021) – On Friday, a hit-and-run crash on a San Marcos intersection sends at least two people to the hospital, said police.

The incident occurred around 2:45 A.M. at the intersection of South Los Posas Road and La Miranda Drive.

According to the investigation, a sliver Chevy sedan T-boned a white 2003 Acura at the intersection for unknown reasons.

Afterwards, Chevy sedan caught fire as the driver fled from the scene and the injured parties.

Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported two patients, an adult female and a juvenile, to a hospital in critical condition.

At this time, a description of the hit-and-run suspect and their current whereabouts remain unclear.

The San Marcos Officials are investigating the incident.
