Deadly Pedestrian Accident Kills 2 near Busch Drive in Malibu

MALIBU, CA (April 6, 2021) – Late Sunday night, two pedestrians were fatally struck along the Pacific Coast Highway, near Busch Drive.

According to CHP, two separate collisions occurred around 10:35 p.m. Crews arrived to the scene near Busch Drive, shortly after.

At this time, the events leading up to the incident remains unclear. However, two vehicles were involved.

Officers say both victims were males. In addition, the drivers of both vehicles remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of the pedestrians who were fatally struck.

In addition, California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert and shut down all lanes on PCH. But, the roadway has since reopened to traffic.
