Head-On Crash on Bailey Avenue Kills 2 and Injures 1

SAN JOSE, CA (November 8, 2021) – A head-on crash on Bailey Avenue in San Jose killed two individuals and wounded another on Friday.

The accident occurred at 10:13 a.m. Bailey Avenue, east of Monterey Road, on November 5.

According to police, a 1991 Chevrolet truck going westbound on Bailey Avenue veered into the eastbound lanes, colliding head-on with a BMW.

Paramedics transported the truck driver to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, but he eventually died from his injuries.

Furthermore, when police arrived on the site, they discovered a woman in the truck deceased. Although, officials did not released the cause of her death.

Meanwhile, other medics transported the BMW driver to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities did not release any additional information at this time. However, the cause of the accident and factors involved remain under investigation.
