Minor Injuries Reported after Multiple Semi-Trucks Collide near Gold Ranch Road

RENO, NV (November 14, 2022) – Wednesday morning, two victims sustained injuries in a semi-truck collision on Interstate 80.

The accident occurred on November 2nd, at around 5:30 a.m., on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 near Gold Ranch Road.

According to the Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue, six semi trucks and one vehicle collided in the area under unknown circumstances. At the scene, responding officers located two individuals with minor injuries from the crash, and they are expected to be okay.

Meanwhile, the crash resulted in the temporary closure of eastbound Interstate 80 as emergency crews cleared the wreck.
