2 People Injured after a School Bus Collision on 131st Street

WILLOWBROOK, CA (October 4, 2021) At least two people sustained injuries Tuesday morning after a school bus collision on 131st Street.

The accident happened at 6:15 a.m. near 131st Street and Avalon Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the events leading up to the collision are still unknown; however, no students were aboard the bus at the time of the crash.

Emergency crews located two people with unspecified injuries. Officials added that the seriousness of those injured was not readily known at this time.

Authorities did not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision. An investigation is now underway.
