Rollover Crash on Avenue 44 Sends Two People to Hospital

INDIO, CA (August 25, 2021) 2 patients are recovering from a rollover crash in Indio this Saturday, according to police.

Officials responded to the incident just after 1:30 P.M. in the area of Avenue 44 and Sola Street near Wallace Memorial Baptist Church.

Per the report, two vehicles hit each other under unknown circumstances along Avenue 44, causing both cars to rollover.

Upon arrival, Cal Fire were able to extract two people trapped inside the wreckage.

Afterwards, paramedics transported the two patients to a hospital with injuries ranging from moderate to severe.

The Indio authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the rollover crash on Avenue 44.
