Injuries Reported after Two-Vehicle Accident on South Rosemead Boulevard

PICO RIVERA, CA (June 17, 2022) A car crash on Gallatin Road sent two deputies and one other person to the hospital, Wednesday morning.

The incident happened at 9:50 a.m. along Gallatin Road and South Rosemead Boulevard.

Furthermore, according to reports, the officers were responding to a call about a robbery when they crashed into another vehicle under unknown circumstances.

A responding firefighter rescued one deputy trapped in the wreck, afterwards paramedics transported the officers to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

Meanwhile, other medics took the other victim to hospital as well with unspecified injuries.

At this time, authorities have not released any further information about the collision, however, an active investigation is underway.
