One Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Collision near Mile Post 240
WINSLOW, AZ (December 12, 2022) – Early Friday morning, one victim was fatally injured in a 2-car accident on Interstate 40.
Dispatchers responded to the scene around 4:00 a.m., near mile post 240 on November 25th.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that first responders located one victim dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. An active investigation to determine more information is still currently underway.
