SUV Crashes into Northern California Preschool and Injures 19 Children

ANDERSON, CA (March 10, 2022) – An SUV crashed into a preschool and left 19 children and 1 employee injured, Thursday afternoon.

According to reports, the crash happened around 2:30 p.m., after a Suzuki SUV went through the wall of Great Adventures Christian Preschool.

Emergency crews responded to the scene on Balls Ferry Road and Martha Street shortly after. First responders took fourteen children to hospitals via ambulances with varying levels of injuries.

In addition, paramedics took two of the children to the pediatric intensive care unit at UC Davis Medical Center, in Sacramento. Meanwhile, parents took the five other children to hospitals.

Per reports, the involved female driver showed no signs of intoxication. Officers later released her after she provided a statement. At this time, Anderson Officials continue to investigate the California Preschool crash.
