Looking for a place to feast after your egg hunt? Holiday brunches are big business in L.A., and Easter is no exception. We've rounded up a handful of options with all the springtime trimmings: egg Benedicts, Bloody Mary bars, bunny-themed cocktails and, of course, lots of roasted lamb. Brentwood's latest ritzy steakhouse is offering a decadent Easter brunch buffet ($75 per person, $45 for children) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Craft

Craft will be serving a prix fixe menu ($55 per person) from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., featuring dishes like soft-scrambled eggs with asparagus and crab, brioche French toast with citrus and crème fraîche, and rabbit pappardelle with fava beans. Chaya DTLA

Chaya DTLA is offering a $65 Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which includes unlimited oysters, sushi, prime rib and more. If you want to upgrade with bottomless mimosas, it's an additional $15 per person. 525 S. Flower St., downtown; (213) 236-9577, thechaya.com/downtown-la.

The District will be serving an Easter brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., which includes soft-shell crab Benedict, foie gras French toast and tiger prawns with garlic noodles. More fun: If you order the special “Fizzy Bunny” cocktail and find a golden egg inside, you'll win VIP bottle service for six at an upcoming live music night at the restaurant, plus floor seats to a Clippers game. 8722 W. Recently installed chef Nick Erven is cooking up a special Easter brunch, featuring dishes like pancake-battered fried chicken and grits, reuben hash with Russian dressing hollandaise and fried purple sweet potato tacos. Love & Salt

Sotto

Chef Steve Samson is cooking up Sotto's regular brunch menu on Sunday, as well as specials like roasted whole lamb with coal-roasted artichokes and a Sicilian Easter soup made with lamb meatballs and dumplings. At Tanzy on Easter Sunday, brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the menu will include dishes like crispy chicken and sourdough waffles, “bacon & eggs” ravioli and corned beef hash. José Andrés' restaurant inside the SLS Beverly Hills is offering an Easter brunch buffet priced at $70 per person. Some of the highlights include a caviar station, smoked salmon from Russ & Daughters and a meat-carving display with rib-eye and lamb. There will also be miniature pastries galore. 465 S. Viviane

At the Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills, chef Michael Hung is serving a three-course prix fixe Easter brunch for $56, which includes a choice of dishes like soft-scrambled eggs with ramp salsa verde, roasted leg of lamb with chickpea ragout and lemon ricotta pancakes topped with Champagne-berry compote. 9400 W.
