49-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident near Align Sutton Recreation Center
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 27, 2022) – Monday night, Jeffery Sizemore was killed in a pedestrian crash on South Vermont Avenue.
The incident happened just after 8:55 p.m., October 24th, in the area of 8539 Vermont Avenue, near Algin Sutton Recreation Center, police said.
First responders located one pedestrian trapped beaneath the vehicle, who was later pronounced dead. The coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim as 49-year-old Sizemore.
A large portion of the roadway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, before it was later reopened.
At this time, an active investigation into the pedestrian accident near Align Sutton Recreation Center is still underway. Once available, more information will be released to the public.
