Two-Vehicle Crash on Normandie Avenue Kills 1 Pedestrian, Injures 1 Other

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 30, 2021) – Saturday night, a two-vehicle crash on Normandie Avenue killed 1 pedestrian and injured another.

The fatal collision happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Normandie Avenue and West 15th Street.

According to authorities, two speeding vehicles collided under unclear circumstances when the wreck struck and killed a nearby pedestrian. Additionally one other individual was injured and quickly transported to a local hospital.

At this time, authorities have not released to the identity of the victim until their next of kin have been notified.

Police do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors. However, an active investigation about the two-vehicle crash on Normandie Avenue remains ongoing.
