Unidentified Victim Pronounced Dead after 2-Car Accident near Pine Street

MARTINEZ, CA (February 15, 2023) – Early Wednesday morning, one unidentified victim was killed in a two-car collision on Highway 4.

Authorities responded to the scene around 4:17 a.m., on the westbound lanes of the freeway near Pine Street.

At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that one person was ejected from their vehicle onto the road.

Medical personnel arrived and pronounced one victim dead at the scene. Although, police have not yet released their identity.
