Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Santa Ana (5) Freeway
LA MIRADA, CA (November 2, 2021) – One unnamed individual died tragically Wednesday after a pedestrian crash on Santa Ana Freeway.
The accident happened around 5:00 a.m. October 27, on northbound Santa Ana (5) Freeway near Valley View Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver struck the pedestrian under unclear circumstances.
At this time, officials said the identify of the fatality was not immediately revealed.
Furthermore, CHP closed two northbound lanes while cleanup took place.
The investigation is currently underway for the fatal pedestrian crash.
