Fatal Pedestrian Collision on Broadway Road
MESA, AZ (December 12, 2022) – Early Friday morning, one victim was pronounced dead following a pedestrian crash on 110th Street.
Authorities responded to the scene around 4:00 a.m., near Broadway Road on November 25th.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that first responders located a pedestrian with critical injuries upon arrival.
Due to the extent of their condition, medics later pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
No additional information was available and an active investigation is still ongoing. Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
