One Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Collision near Douglas Avenue

VISALIA, CA (February 6, 2023) – Friday afternoon, one victim was killed and two were injured in a 2-car accident on Ben Maddox Way.

Police responded to the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Ben Maddox Way on January 27th after receiving multiple dispatch calls in the area.

At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that two vehicles were involved.

Medical personnel arrived and transported three victims to Kaweah Health Medical Center. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, crews later pronounced one victim dead.
