Pedestrian Accident near Fort Lowell Road Left One Woman Hospitalized

TUCSON, AZ (February 10, 2023) – On Wednesday, a woman was injured following a pedestrian crash on North Stone Avenue, police said.

According to the Tucson Police Department, officers responded to the intersection where a female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

Furthermore, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

Meanwhile, the woman was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment of serious injuries.

Official redirected traffic away from the area to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, but the roadway has since been reopened.
