Government Vehicle Involved in Traffic Accident on Sage Road

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (June 20, 2022) – A major car crash on Trifone Road left one person with injuries, late Thursday afternoon.

According to Riverside County Authorities, an accident occurred at the intersection of Sage and Trifone Roads involving two vehicles around 4:20 p.m.

Furthermore, police said a California Department of Fish & Wildlife vehicle and a sedan crashed for reasons currently unknown.

Moreover, police said the driver of the sedan was trapped in their car and suffered major injuries.

Meanwhile the driver of the government vehicle was uninjured, per reports.

Both lanes of Sage Road were closed for an extended period of time for cleanup and preliminary duties.
