Driver Arrested after DUI Collision near Avondale Boulevard
PHOENIX, AZ (October 17, 2022) – Monday, one victim sustained injuries in a DUI rollover crash on Interstate 10.
The incident happened near Avondale Boulevard on October 10th. Per reports, two vehicles collided with each other causing one car to roll over the side rails.
According to police, one person suffered severe injuries. In addition, officers arrested one of the involved drivers for operating a vehicle under the influence.
Furthermore, emergency crews shut down the westbound lanes of the freeway to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the identities of those involved.
No other information has been provided at this time and the cause of the crash is still under investigation. Once available, more details will be released to the public about the rollover crash on Interstate 10.
