28-Year-Old Hospitalized after Traffic Accident near 4th Street

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 12, 2022) – Friday evening, a 28-year-old man suffered injuries following a pedestrian crash on Etiwanda Avenue.

The accident happened at about 9:52 p.m. along Etiwanda Avenue, near 4th Street.

Furthermore, as per reports, for reasons unknown, the man ran into the road and straight into the path of an oncoming vehicle.

Consequently, the driver was unable to stop their vehicle and struck the pedestrian.

Eventually, paramedics arrived and transported the pedestrian, who sustained a broken arm and internal injuries, to a hospital for treatment.

Meantime, the driver stayed and cooperated with the authorities.

Investigators have no information about the victim, but his name will be released once his next of kin is notified.
