Car Crashes into Building on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA (August 24, 2021) – Last Wednesday, a car crashed into a building on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego, injuring at least one person.

The collision occurred in the 4200 block of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard around 11:00 a.m., on August 18.

According to the CHP, the driver of a 2017 Honda Accord lost control while driving west due to a medical emergency and crashed into a Mission Federal Credit Union office.

The car was also carrying two children, ages 2 and 5. However, they remained unharmed.

Meanwhile, medics took a 38-year-old woman to a hospital for treatment of a broken right foot and abrasions to her left foot.

Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
