Bicyclist Injured in Collision near Sharp Park Road in Pacifica

PACIFICA, CA (November 4, 2021) Sunday, an unidentified bicyclist sustained injuries in a hit-and-run accident on Skyline Boulevard.

The incident occurred around 6:50 p.m., in the area of Skyline Boulevard near Sharp Park Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to California Highway Patrol, a passing vehicle struck the rider and did not stop to render aid. However, further details leading up to the crash remain unclear.

Emergency crews transported the injured bicyclist to a hospital with critical injuries. Although, the rider is expected to survive. At this time, officials have not released the names of the injured parties or their current conditions.
