One Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Crash near South Downs Lane
RENO, NV (November 7, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, one driver was killed in a head-on accident on US Route 50.
Authorities responded to the scene around 3:00 p.m., near South Downs Lane on October 23rd.
According to reports, a heavy-duty truck had a tire blow out. The tire blow-out caused the truck to veer over the center line and collide head-on with a black sedan.
The impact of the collisions left the driver of the sedan with serious injuries. Emergency crews arrived shortly after and pronounced the injured victim dead at the scene.
