Traffic Accident on 108th Street Left One Woman Dead

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 7, 2022) – Late Thursday night, police responded to a hit-and-run crash on Central Avenue that killed one woman. According to police, it happened at around 11:10 p.m., December 1st, just south of 108th Street. Furthermore, an 89-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene before authorities could arrive. Consequently, the identity of the victim has not yet determined, pending family notification. In addition, the vehicle was described as a dark, early model, medium-size Chevrolet. Meanwhile, the police are asking for the public to help with the search and a $50,000 reward was offered.
