Deadly Two-Vehicle Collision near East Lake Mead Boulevard

LAS VEGAS, NV (January 14, 2022) – Thursday morning, one person was killed and another was hurt in a head-on collision on Pabco Road.

According to authorities, the crash took place in the 10600 block of Pabco Road around 6:51 a.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

Investigators described the involved vehicles as a Toyota Tacoma and a Ford Mustang. Per reports, the driver of the Ford was heading south on Pabco and veered into oncoming traffic for reasons unknown.

As a result, the Ford driver struck the Toyota head-on. Two young men inside the Toyota were transported to University Medical Center with moderate injuries.

Meanwhile, paramedics pronounced the 23-year-old Toyota driver from Las Vegas, dead at the scene.

Further details surrounding the collision are still unclear. However, the head-on collision on Pabco Road remains under active investigation.
