Child Killed, Mother Injured in 2-Vehicle Accident near Interstate 10
ROSEVILLE, CA (November 21, 2022) – Wednesday morning, one victim was killed and another was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Riverside Avenue.
The accident happened just before 9:00 a.m., near Interstate 10 on November 16th.
Per reports, the driver of a pickup-truck was traveling at a high rate of speed as they entered the on-ramp to I-10. There, the pickup-truck struck a white Volkswagen sedan, occupied by a woman and her child.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the child dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.
Meanwhile, the child’s mother and the driver of the pickup-truck were taken to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for further treatment.
At this time, an active investigation to determine further information about the two-vehicle crash on Riverside Avenue is still currently underway.
