Three-Vehicle Collision on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road Left Injuries

BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 29, 2022)  At least one person sustained injuries from a multi-vehicle crash on 110th Street.

The accident happened on June 28th, at the intersection of Tehachapi Willow Springs Road and 110th Street W, according to initial reports.

Per the CHP, they responded to reports of a collision involving three vehicles. The crash caused major damage to the vehicles and resulted in a road closure on the southbound lanes of the road.

Kern County Fire Department stated at least one person was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Meanwhile, police have not confirmed the identities nor the current conditions of the drivers involved.

Furthermore, the incident temporarily closed the area to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, but has since reopened.

The CHP continue to investigate the multi-vehicle crash at this time.
