Cyclist Hospitalized after Collision near Foxen Canyon Road
LOS OLIVOS, CA (November 11, 2021) – Sunday afternoon, a cyclist was airlifted after a bicycle accident on Highway 154.
The accident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 154 and Foxen Canyon Road.
According to the reports, the cyclist who was hit had serious injuries and had to be flown to a hospital via helicopter for treatment.
Meanwhile, medics tended to a second individual with minor injuries at the scene.
Moreover, officials blocked off the surrounding road and traffic for almost an hour, but the area has since reopened. At this time, an active investigation remains ongoing.
