Everyone's favorite just-edgy enough Orange County indie label is throwing the third incarnation of their Burgerama party this year at the Observatory in Santa Ana on March 22 and 23.

Headliners include The Black Lips and Fidlar, and you'll see other local favorites like Bleached and Tijuana Panthers. Even Kool Keith will be in the building! (Though his mind may be in outer space.) Also look out for Colleen Green - whom we profiled over the summer - and Cherry Glazerr, whom we're profiling soon.

The full lineup is below!

After opening for the Vivian Girls during their farewell L.A. show on Valentine's Day, the 19-year-old budding rock star spent the headlining performance stage-diving. She favors Doc Martens and cherry lipstick, and isn't shy about hoisting the middle finger. Add... More >>

The Southwest Semifinals of the US Air Guitar Championship were held last Saturday at the historic Troubadour Club in West Hollywood. The event determined who would compete as regional representatives at the 2014 National Finals in Kansas City on August 9th. The colorful contestants (many of whom opted for elaborate codpieces) were judged by comedians Kristen Schaal and the Sklar Brothers. The top score was awarded to crowd-surfing guitarist Kingslayer, the mother of a teenage son who also competed wearing little more than an American flag bathing suit. All photos by Gustavo Turner.
