Desolate solo acoustic version of the already "Almost There" from Aska Matsumiya, Moonrats singer/keyboardist, L.A. Ladies Choir co-founder and collaborator with Spike Jones and Flea and David Scott Stone and now Ariana Delawari, whose own story leads from Kabul to L.A. to David Lynch's new label. This is from Aska's just-out Manimal EP--more on that here.

And if you missed it last week, Aska--who grew up with a strict classical piano teacher and had her mind rewired by Can at an early age--also scored the just-released film BEIJING. Watch the whole thing here!
