Hey! It's a new rap supergroup and Snoop Dogg isn't involved this time.

Our favorite L.A. (via Gary, Indiana) nü-gangsta rapper Freddie Gibbs has teamed up with an almost all-star lineup for an outfit tentatively called P.O.C., or Pulled Over By the Cops.

The membership reads thusly: Freddie Gibbs (duh), veteran Houston rapper Bun B (formerly of UGK), Chicago emcee Chuck Inglish (currently one half of Cool Kids), singer Dan Auerbach (half of the Black Keys), and ... Chip Tha Ripper.

The latter two hail from Ohio, and if their inclusion seems at all questionable, it's more than justified in their video debut, "Oil Money." Technically, the track is credited to Gibbs, since it appear on his recently released Str8 Killa EP.

Inglish first mentioned the project to the Chicago Reader:

"We're creating an album ... We got another song called 'Authority,' it's even crazier than ['Oil Money']. It's good 'cause it's three dudes who all got a different crowd; we all got a similar style too. Bun B is the champion of that style that we all kind of came from ... It was meant to happen."

So maybe Auerbach and Chip aren't part of the final P.O.C. Or maybe math isn't Inglish's subject. It's unclear from the original interview, but after hearing "Oil Money," it's hard to imagine these guys without the Black Keys' main man.

Also, we'd be remiss not to point you toward Gibbs' Str8 Killa No Filla mixtape.
