Elsewhere: Speaking of the Troubadour, some of that room's history takes the stage at the Hollywood Bowl tonight -- Carole King and James Taylor, touring behind their new CD/DVD release "Live at the Troubadour," which captured a stand they did in November 2007 to celebrate their original performances at the West Hollywood club 40 years ago. ... The Crash Kings' single "Mountain Man" hit No. 1 on the so-called alternative charts in late March, and the guitarless L.A.-based alternative rockers return to the Roxy tonight, just short of one year after their debut album was released.
