What's a Guzheng? Bei Bei and Her Strange Instrument of Beauty

Before Bei Bei He plays her guzheng, she attaches eight picks to her fingertips with cloth medical tape. The guzheng is a Chinese zither, a stringed instrument with a movable bridge. The player plucks notes and bends the strings, creating fantastic effects. It's widely used in traditional Chinese music but rarely heard in the West. Bei Bei wants to change that.
