The Cutest Sheriff's Volunteer is Three Feet Tall and Has a Mane
Valor is a miniature horse who soothes humans who are ill or troubled. Along with trainer Victoria Netanel and other miniature therapy horses, Valor is a volunteer for the L.A. County Sheriff, on call at all times. She's calm around children, goes to the bathroom on command and rides in elevators.
