In case you were wondering what Regis and Kelly, Dr. Drew, Alex Trebek and Cookie Monster will be noshing on at the 39th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards presentation at the Beverly Hilton this Saturday afternoon (airing at 5 p.m. PT on HLN), here is the rundown. (If you are a starving would-be soap actor, stand outside the back door and maybe they will throw you some canapés.)

Sauteed beef tenderloin with Provencal herbs and Parmesan cheese, red wine garlic tarragon sauce

Dauphinois potatoes, asparagus tips, sliced yellow squash & herb-grilled tomato

Assorted rolls, pretzel rolls & lavosh


Triple chocolate Bavarian tower (dark, white and milk chocolate Bavarians layered into a tower topped with ganache, served on top of strawberry and chocolate sauce)

Freshly brewed organic coffee (regular & decaffeinated)

Selection of herbal teas
