It turns out that you don't have to starve yourself or go on a juice fast in order to become movie star thin. You just need to run your lunch through a food mill, remove all texture and enjoyability, and treat yourself like a helpless infant. A recent Marie Claire article informs us that Leprechaun star Jennifer Aniston is going on a baby food diet in order to get slimmed down for her new film, Just Go With It. The diet comes courtesy of trainer-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson, who has worked with other high profile clients like Gwyneth Paltrow, Shakira, Courtney Cox and Madonna. Supposedly, Aniston has lost seven pounds in her first week.

In other news, steak is delicious.
